In order to process your application, we must recieve an application fee of $15 in order to cover the costs of screening prospective tenants. This application fee must be a check or money order made payable to "IPM".
It can be mailed to us along with the completed application at our Post office box, or dropped at our office in Downtown Sandpoint. Both addresses can be found on the "Contact" page. Click Here to open that page in a new window.
